No wedding thoughts allowed!

When you return to the mundane, let the meditation stay with you and try to apply the wisdoms to the tasks you are handling today. Every time it seems more than you can handle, take two minutes, breathe and focus on the meditation.  As the days pass and you become attuned, your wedding will regain it’s proper place in your emotions.

Daily Meditation : Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless – like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend. – Bruce Lee
